Three months to go
Three months to go … Can you believe it? We’re only three months away now. We have 33 confirmed guests!!! Party on!!!
If you haven’t done so yet, it’s time to start booking your plane tickets. Unfortunately Trump’s War is not going away and specialists have confirmed that even if the war ends tomorrow the price of gas will take a while to come down meaning that airfare will not come down significantly in near future. So, plan on getting those tickets as soon as you can.
Most of our guests are leaving from California so here are the two best options that Meredith and normally use to fly from LAX to Oaxaca:
Volaris: Mexican budget airline with direct flights from LAX to OAX on Mondays and Fridays and One-Stop flights on other days. The base price on Volaris is normally good but you have to pay quite a lot extra for luggage.
Aeromexico: Main airline for international flights to Mexico. It has a close partnership with Delta Airlines. There are great flights leaving from LAX and SFO normally with one layover in Mexico City.
Feel free to make your own arrangements. These are just the two options that we have used in the past.
We are so, so, so excited to enjoy Oaxaca with all of you. The next step is for me to (Gil) to start planning the day tours we’ll be taking you guys on. It will be our pleasure to take you to see some of the beautiful places surrounding Oaxaca City. More info coming on the next posts.
