Fasten your seat belts...

Hola amigos,

The celebration in Oaxaca is just around the corner. Thank you all who are joining us for a great time in one of the most magical places on this planet (yes, we're biased, lol).

We have a "somewhat official" list of 31 amazing friends and family folks confirmed. I say "somewhat official" because we initially plan the celebrations for 50 people so I just guess you can either let us know if you plan on bringing an extra guest OR for those who didn't RSVP you have one final, last minute opportunity to make it there.

However, 31 is a fantastic number for a party, isn't it? We'll eat well, have some libations, dance, go on tours, laugh with and at each other.... we'll just have a blast!

As I promised on the last post here's an updated plan on our tours: (things can still be adjusted)

I contacted the local tour agency and requested a quote on the following:

1) visit to the Monte Albán Zapotec ruins + Black clay market on Friday (08/14)

2) visit to Hierve El Água ("petrified" waterfall) + Mezcal facility on Saturday (08/15)

3) trip to the Market of Tlacolula on Sunday (08/16)

The trip to the market in the only one that I'm kinda on the fence about. We may find it more fun to simply explore the city of Oaxaca and its beautiful neighbourhoods in a big group or in small groups. But in any way, each one of the tours will const around $40 per person just giving you a heads up.

And in regards to price. For those staying in the Airbnb with Meredith and I (from 08/13 to 08/17) we'll send you an individual text with the total cost per person for those for nights.

Meredith and I can't wait to see you all pretty soon...
